SU director of recruiting shifts to job with the Buffalo Bills

Dino Babers had Mulbah as his director of recruiting for the past three recruiting classes.

Syracuse’s Director of Recruiting Operations Asil Mulbah announced via his Instagram page that he is leaving SU to work in the Buffalo Bills’ scouting department.

This is a crazy profession that has taken me to many places I never thought I’d be. 6 moves in the past 8 years has certainly not been easy for me and my growing family. Through it all, my wife and best friend has handled my nomadic ways like a soldier. Your ability to adapt to sudden and unexpected changes is nothing short of amazing. You’ve been behind me all the way and have made it possible for me to relentlessly pursue my dream. Excited to announce that I have accepted a position in the Buffalo Bills Scouting Department. Mulbah spent three years as director of recruiting operations for SU football, taking over in line with Syracuse head coach Dino Babers. Mulbah helped the Orange sign classes in 2016, 2017 and now 2018.



Prior to working for SU, Mulbah worked as the director of high school relations at Wake Forest.
