President Barack Obama will speak at the Toner Prize award celebration in Washington, D.C. on March 28th. The Toner Prize for Excellence in Political Reporting is sponsored by the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. He will be the first standing president to speak at an SU-related event since then-President Lyndon B. Johnson in 1964.
